We use Medium Density Fiber board (MDF)for the fabrication of our products. MDF widely used in place of real wood where appropriate to reduce cost whilst preserve the wood appearance to blend in with the decor of most homes around the world. This material is stable and abundantly available from overseas as well as China source. As you will observe from the samples in you possession that we have given all component parts rounded edges and profiles for esthetic reasons. These parts are then either painted or wrapped around with solid color or wood grain PVC material, which are also readily accessible. The fact that raw materials are close at hand enables us to work with a relatively short lead time of 2 to 4 weeks.
